A-List: Best Interior Designers by Elle Decor

A-List is proudly presented every year by Elle Decor. And it’s with no doubt one of the more prestigious lists to be in the interior design world. Where is registering the most stylish, influential, and innovative interior designers. So here Elle Decor selected the best interior designers from all over the world.

So below we’ll show you which are our favorites.

ALYSSA KAPITO

Firstly, we selected Alyssa Kapito, an American interior design known for creating elegant and bespoke interiors that focus on clean lines. So based in SoHo, Alyssa brings a fresh take on classics and has a great appreciation of antiques and art.

AMY LAU

Amy founded her design studio in 2001. And her interiors are known for their warmth, expressiveness, and impeccable attention to detail.

DIMORESTUDIO

Most famous for its home accessories collab for Dior and by its luxury brands clients, Dimorestudio is also part of the 2020 A-List. Founded in 2003 by Emiliano Slaci and Britt Moran, the avant-garde firm is known for its design with the likes of Fendi and Hermès.

INDIA MAHDAVI

Obviously that India Mahdavi must be part of the Best Interior Designers Selection by Elle Decor. The Paris-based designers and architects use rich complimentary colors in her projects. Recently, Mahdavi created collections for Pierre Frey and Bisazza.

KELLY WEARSTLER

Kelly Wearstler is a regular presence at the A-List, and it’s no difficult to understand why. The Wearstler’s signature style juxtaposes raw with refined. And her portfolio includes luxury hotels and grand residences from Beverly Hills to the Caribbean.

KELLY BEHUN

The Pennsylvania-born designer who moved to New York City to trained under design Philippe Starck was one of our favorites. Therefore, Kelly Behun’s highly bespoke creative process and artistic line are her main characteristics.

PETER MARINO

Last but not least – the great Peter Marino. The New Yor City-based designer redefines modern luxury worldwide with Chanel, Dior, and Bulgari.
