Who is Pete Bermejo?
Pete Bermejo is a Spanish stylist, set designer, designer and an artistic director. He’s also a writer for some of the most renowned magazines as AD Spain, Ad India, AD China or GQ.
Not identifying himself in any particular style, Pete says his style can be related by Berber carpets, cushions with geometric prints. He also likes to use popular Spanish ceramics among other stuffs.
His work is not only present in the most distinct European cities, but also in 3 other continents. This designer has a versatility in his projects due to his works as a fashion stylist, still life artist and designer.
Pete Bermejo has worked in residential, commercial and hospitality projects. Besides, he has done many advertising for brands like Zara Home,Condé Nast or Zalando among others.
He likes all of his works but has a special affection for the reports he did in the US and South Africa for AD Spain. In fact, those are places he could live in.
In an interview for Muud Magazine, Bermejo said two professionals he admires. It turns out he admires the director of AD Spain, Montse Cuesta as she inspires every time with her decor twist. Also, he values Jonathan Adler’s work for his décor that transcends good energy.
Other than the magazines he collaborates with, his works have featured in many international magazines. Among them, AD China, AD Francia, AD Rusia, GQ Style Australia.
