Patricia Bustos: Osadia Rebel Kitchen
Patricia Bustos, Spanish artist, and interior designer, is the founder and creative director of the Patricia Bustos Studio. Since she remembers, she has had a vocation for design and art. Her passion is almost an obsession to imagine, dream, and create new and different things, adding value with creativity and beauty.

This space was one of the most iconic projects created by the amazing interior designer Patricia Bustos.
“Design fresh and original, that follows the trends but always with the personal seal of the interior designer”.
Notably, Osadía sought to break the rules of traditional kitchen design. In fact, she has created a space of romantic and sensual aesthetics, which vindicates the exoticism and nature of Japan, with a fresh touch of Milan’s avant-garde ambiances.
Also, in this kitchen, there is no cultural shock, but harmony. In other words, Osadía Rebel Kitchen becomes a space full of magic, capable of awakening experiences and emotions.
Patricia Bustos, following the romantic and sensual aesthetics of the kitchen, opted for the mosaic for the floor, with a personalized design. So, thanks to the Art Factory service, Hisbalit played with lines, geometry, and colors, creating a surprising floor. Also, included the name “Osadía” in the form of a mosaic.
It combined the most intense shades of greens and rose with its pastel versions, creating an exquisite palette.
Just to clarify, Patricia Bustos opted for the Unicolor collection for this incredible floor. Further, it has used three green shades (Ref 127, 311, and 222), two pink shades (Ref 255 and 166), and white (Ref 103), a perfect color to unify the design.
In addition, to achieve the “Best Project” award, Osadía won the Special Mention to the Most Photographed Space of Casa Decor 2018. Almost 3,000 photos were uploaded with the hashtag #MiFotoCasaDecor2018. In particular the mosaic floor Hisbalit.
In sum, Osadía is a space that navigates between east and west. A romantic and sensual kitchen that warned the exotism and the nature of Japan. Also, the geometric shapes contrast with colorful designs and materials. Further, Osadía reinterprets the concept of cooking. In fact, that is a practical and cozy space, which becomes a poetic space able to awaken in our new experiences and emotions.
